SansarERPx subscription plans

SansarERPx is one application: customers, invoices, stock, and staff in the same login. Plans differ by how many people and records you can run, which emails go out, and Reporting Pro — not by hiding the main screens.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and exclude GST. GST is added on the tax invoice if we are GST-registered. Yearly option: pay twelve months up front and we include two months (you pay for ten). New companies start with a 14-day trial on Starter (or Professional if we agree that in writing). After the date, login stops. We do not take card payments automatically. Data may be kept for up to 30 days after expiry, then may be deleted. Ask for an export while the company can still log in.

* “No listed cap” is not infinite server power. We may limit abuse (excess storage, mass import, or load that harms other companies).

Size limits

Core reporting (all plans): run a standard report, print it, download CSV for Excel. Reporting Pro (Enterprise): save favourite filters, and export a larger row set.

Important notes

Please read this with the prices. It is not a substitute for a signed contract from a lawyer, but it is what we stand on until that exists.

• This page is a price guide. The binding deal is the licence we issue (dates, caps, modules) plus these notes. We may correct obvious errors.
• We will put our legal trading name and contact on the tax invoice.
• SansarERPx is operational software (customers, invoices, stock, staff). It is not Xero, not a GST/IRD filing product, not PAYE payroll, and not tax or legal advice.
• Monthly plans ($39 Starter after trial, $99 Professional) last one calendar month from the licence start date (28–31 days depending on the month). Then login stops until we extend the licence after payment.
• Annual Enterprise is one calendar year. Listed monthly price is for comparison; you pay the yearly amount we invoice.
• No refund of unused days if you cancel early, unless we stop providing the service.
• We may change published prices for new or renewed periods. The price on your invoice for the current period is the one you pay.
• Email delivery depends on the mailbox/SMTP set up for your company. We do not guarantee that a message arrives. You must not send spam. You are responsible for lists you mail.
• You own your data and must have the right to store it. We host it to run the app. Uploads stop at the document storage cap.
• To the extent NZ law allows, our total liability for a claim is the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — not lost profits or lost sales. Rights that cannot legally be excluded (including Fair Trading Act duties) still apply.
• Support for paying plans is email during New Zealand weekday business hours. We do not promise a response time on Starter/trial.
